hey!

sorry for not updatin lately but skul life hit me after the holidays n i was kinda busy celebratin my bday ( @ the nh 09 selection with the other afsers and with my family n friends) , btw thx for ur nice congrats n presents everyone!

during the last few weeks i had a lot of skul work n papers (german, social studies, history, religious studies, physics, maths, chem) goin on but now i have only 2 papers left (english n bio) n a few smaller tests till the semester is over on the 19th of december.

anyway over here we got our first impression of this years winter @ the weekend, it was snowin most of the time n the whole town looked really lovely, next weekend our famous christmas lights are goin to glim for the first time this christmas season, gonna show u a pic of it.

2moro is my last skul day for this week coz on friday i m goin to bielefeld for an afs meeting. next week is gonna be a short one as well, monday n tuesday are free n on friday our whole year is goin to berlin for a history trip.

Autumn break is over Anyway wanted to keep u guys posted bout my last 2 weeks. First there was Marias 18th bday party n then one day later AFS Germany celebrated its 60th anniversary so we had a great day in Berlin with a wonderful afternoon in the Malaysian embassy with really delicious curry puffs n other great Malaysian food, sedapnya! Later @ nite we had a huge gala with a funny program bout the history of AFS in Germany n afterwards we went for some cocktails in the city. Janett n I took the train back home @ 5 am n I went to bed on sunday morning round 8 am just when my mum got up, funny isn’t it?

On the following day, Eva, Josy, Nina n I went to Weimar for a 4-day trip. It was awesome, we went to visit Goethes n Schillers houses, the Anna Amalia library n of course the Buchenwald concentration camp memorial as well. We had a great time there visitin all the places, drinkin lotz of tea @ our youth hostel n strollin around the town. On wednesday nite we saw ‘Krabat’ in the cinema, wow I was quite scared in some moments but the movie was really good, eventhough I did not know that we have such high mountains in our region

For the rest of the holidays I stayed @ home n had a very relaxin week. On friday we had a little halloween gathering @ Josys home with a delicious dinner n afterwards we went to the CaramBar.

tuesday again, only 3 more skul days before my autumn break . just can’t wait, i already managed my maths paper n physics experiment this week n i got one more experiment in chem n a bio paper bout molecular genetics waitin for me. just gonna be so relieved when it’s over. still gotta finish marias bday present for her party on friday as well.

on saturday i m gonna head 2 berlin for AFS germanys 60th birthday celebration. it’s gonna be a huge gala n before that i m gonna visit the malaysian embassy, so lookin forward 2 it. anyway since janett n i didn’t find any sleepin place we r goin 2 take the first train back home on sunday, which is gonna be round 4 or 5 am. then i ll have the whole day 2 sleep before eva, josy, nina and i start off to weimar on monday. i planned 2 visit weimar for so long n now it’s finally goin 2 happen

Wow, isn’t it just amazin when the weather becomes colder, the leaves turn red n yellow, the last warm sun shines n in the evening u sit down with a hot cup of tea? i just love this time of the year, the season between summer n winter, where its neither too hot nor too cold (most of the time ) N since i got home early today (2 pm instead of 4) coz my religious ed lesson was cancelled i could enjoy this great day. Anyway gotta get myself that cup of tea now n after that i ve 2 go back 2 studyin british history for my english test 2moro.

well, i’ m finally back in the blogging world, got inspired by all my malaysian friends who r writin bout their daily life n i m very interested in readin bout it. that’s why i thought why not bloggin myself as well. so here i am, hopin 2 manage writin a bit every week.
